Make yourself happy first

Now days everyone is busy to chasing there goals.everyone wants to do so much in their career but in this between they forgot to makes himself happy because they don't even have time for that.
       So many times we trying to make others happy more then thinking themselves then, after some time we tired to do that    continuesly . Now we are on that time where if you are thinking for others then okay but
after that they never be satisfied to your first priority to others nature, if once in your life if you think yourself then people will start calling you selfish.
   Always remember that, that is your life and you have only one life so live your life.
I'm not saying that don't think for others but think for you happiness also.
   When you happy then only you can make happy others otherwise you can act that you making happy others but not from your heart.
 
So start do pampering to yourself, give time to yourself also. You only the one who knows about yourself so perfectly in this world. You only one who makes and keeps you happy.
  So how can make yourself happy?
Do yoga - 
Yoga is very good for not only body but also that make very strong from mind.

Take fresh air in early morning or at night
This is really magical if you can wake up in early morning then go on tarrace, balcony or if you don't have then you can stand in window also then look upside in the sky when you see clouds , stars,moon and fresh air will touch your face then whatever you feel that is speech less, that give you different kind of satisfaction must try to do that. Feel nature

You  can talk with your favourite person also

You can do something creative which you like most

That kind of examples but you can do what you like most because you only know perfectly about yourself.
